Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Minimum of 5–8 Years of practical experience in Formwork & Scaffolding. Strong skills in analysing and designing engineering systems related to formwork and scaffolding. M-Certificate is an advantage. Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools). Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage site activities and ensure work is completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and schedules. Responsibilities: Design formwork and scaffolding systems to meet project requirements. Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality. Provide technical solutions and oversee the installation and dismantling processes. Collaborate with clients and contractors to fulfill project needs. Prepare technical reports and document processes. Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Review drawings and coordinate technical/site requirements. Prepare and monitor work schedules and progress reports. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
