The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable Philippine regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of civil engineering and construction projects. Review construction drawings, technical specifications, plans, and other project documents. Conduct inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Prepare and review quantity estimates, material requirements, cost estimates, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Identify and report construction issues, technical concerns, delays, and potential risks. Ensure proper implementation of quality control and safety requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and other engineering documentation. Review and verify work accomplishments, measurements, and contractor billings when required. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of project proposals, estimates, and technical submissions. Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with applicable Philippine codes, standards, permits, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, inspection documents, and other project files. Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates and recommendations. Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC). Experience in construction, project management, structural works, roads, site development, or related civil engineering projects is an advantage. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, project documentation, and quality control. Familiarity with engineering/project management software is an advantage. Good analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
