The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of civil and construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, technical accuracy, and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily civil and construction activities at project sites. Review and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and technical drawings. Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress and quality. Identify and report technical issues, discrepancies, delays, and site requirements. Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection requests, measurements, progress reports, and other project documentation. Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials comply with approved specifications. Monitor project progress and ensure assigned works are completed within the required schedule. Assist with quantity measurements, material take-offs, and basic estimation activities when required. Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing revisions and technical requirements. Ensure compliance with project quality standards, company procedures, and applicable health and safety requirements. Assist in resolving technical and site-related problems in coordination with senior management. Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and technical matters. Maintain proper records of drawings, documents, site activities, and project correspondence. Perform other reasonable engineering and site-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or contracting. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations when required. Ability to work Monday to Saturday and outside regular working hours when required by project requirements. Compensation & Working Schedule Salary: AED 5,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Civil engineering: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
