The candidate will be responsible for civil engineering design, structural calculations, preparation and review of technical drawings, site coordination, and ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and interpret civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD. Perform structural calculations and basic structural design for civil/GRP-related structures and supporting systems. Prepare technical drawings, layouts, details, and construction drawings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Prepare quantity calculations, material take-offs, BOQs, and technical documentation. Review project requirements, specifications, and engineering standards. Prepare method statements, technical submissions, inspection requests, and other project documentation. Monitor site progress and coordinate with the production and installation teams. Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with Qatar/GCC construction standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications . Prepare reports, schedules, calculations, and other engineering documents. Support project planning, estimation, procurement, and execution activities when required. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering – Graduate only. Minimum 5 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience in the Gulf/GCC . Strong knowledge of AutoCAD . Strong knowledge of MS Office , particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good knowledge and practical experience in structural calculations . Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices. Experience in preparing technical documentation and engineering submissions. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with project and site teams. Preferred Experience in Qatar or GCC construction projects. Knowledge of QCS and international engineering standards . Experience in GRP/FRP, steel structures, roofing, cladding, tanks, or related construction works will be an advantage. Valid Qatar driving licence will be an advantage. Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant Gulf/GCC experience – Mandatory Skills AutoCAD | MS Office | Structural Calculations | Civil & Structural Drawings | Site Coordination | Technical Documentation | Quantity Take-Off | Construction Supervision Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
