Assignment: · Luneta Hotel Job Summary : · The Civil Engineer designs the structures and facilities and maintains the structure once they are built. He / She often acts as the project manager who coordinates the implementation of their work and manages the people, job sites and project specifications. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Maintain and delegate maintenance services for the property · Communicate daily progress correspondence to management · Create reports for management's reference · Performs on-call duties for property outlets, responded to emergencies and questions · Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance of the buildings · Documents all paper works and reports for future reference · Monitor progress and compile reports in project status · Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials · Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required · Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. · Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
