Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests. Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality of executed works. Inspect excavation, foundations, concrete, blockwork, waterproofing, plastering, and finishing works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities. Identify defects and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintain proper project documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable Dubai Municipality requirements, UAE regulations, and HSE standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant UAE construction/consultancy experience. Good knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality control. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality procedures and requirements. Strong communication and technical reporting skills. UAE driving license is a must. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: UAE : 3 years (Required) License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
