Job Description

Gulfcraft Trading & Services W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and have relevant experience in Facility Management operations, civil maintenance, and site supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, monitoring facility conditions, ensuring timely execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and maintaining proper site and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil maintenance and facility management activities.
• Monitor civil works, building maintenance, and repair activities across facility sites.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Monitor and evaluate technicians' performance, productivity, and quality of work.
• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Operate and manage FM software such as CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or equivalent systems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain PPM reports, site reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Inspect building conditions and identify civil maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance works and ensure proper resolution of reported issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, quality requirements, and maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of total professional experience .
• Minimum 4 years of Gulf experience .
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is mandatory.
• Good technical knowledge of civil maintenance, building operations, and facility management activities.
• Experience with FM software such as CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detailed knowledge of civil facility management operations and maintenance procedures.
• Experience in technicians' performance evaluation, PPM monitoring, and site reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
