The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects. Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Attend project meetings and provide progress updates (weekly, monthly reports) Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring and operations Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE, specifically in villa/residential construction projects. Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory. Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and villa construction standards. Excellent communication and site coordination skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primevira and project management tools. Willing to travel/relocate anywhere in UAE. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month License/Certification: Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
