The candidate should have strong site experience and a good understanding of swimming pool civil works, waterproofing, tiling, concrete works, and coordination with MEP and other subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage swimming pool construction works at site. Coordinate daily activities with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Review and understand approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements . Supervise RCC/gunite, blockwork, screed, waterproofing, tiling, grouting, and pool finishing works. Monitor swimming pool levels, dimensions, slopes, and construction quality. Coordinate swimming pool MEP piping, fittings, drains, lights, inlets, outlets, and equipment connections . Conduct inspections and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Prepare and coordinate MIR, WIR, inspection checklists, method statements, and other project documentation . Monitor site progress and coordinate with the project team to meet project schedules. Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions. Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals. Check materials and ensure proper installation according to manufacturer recommendations. Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates. Ensure proper quality, safety, and workmanship throughout the project. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 2–5 years of civil engineering experience , preferably in swimming pool construction. Swimming pool construction experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of swimming pool civil works and construction sequence. Experience in waterproofing, gunite/RCC, screed, tiling, grouting, and finishing works . Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and MEP drawings. Experience coordinating with consultants and clients. Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and site inspection procedures. Good communication and site management skills. Ability to work independently and manage site activities. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
