The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of workmanship. Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with project quality standards. Ensure proper execution of concrete, blockwork, plastering, masonry, structural, finishing, and other civil works. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources at the site. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements. Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. Maintain proper project documentation and records. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering . Relevant experience in civil construction/project execution . Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications. Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering/construction software. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively. Candidates with Oman/GCC construction experience will be preferred.
