The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills and a proven track record in the construction industry within the UAE. Position: Civil Draftsman Location: Dubai Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate civil construction drawings, technical plans, and detailed layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Interpret and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural design documents. Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai municipality regulations, authority standards, and project specifications. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design and construction issues. Revise and update drawings based on site feedback and design changes. Maintain organized documentation and drawing records for all projects. Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and precision. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably within the UAE construction industry. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field. Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (e.g., Civil 3D, or similar). Knowledge of Revit is a strong plus . Sound knowledge of Dubai construction regulations, building codes, and authority submission procedures. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality drawings within tight deadlines. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
