Working with colleagues across multiple regions, you'll support and enhance Citrix technologies while contributing to automation, platform improvements, and cloud adoption initiatives. Responsibilities Support and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC environments Troubleshoot remote access, connectivity, and application delivery issues Assist with platform upgrades, security enhancements, and change activities Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other tools Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis Work closely with global engineering and operations teams Participate in disaster recovery exercises and on-call support Required Skills Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Strong knowledge of Citrix ADC / NetScaler technologies Windows Server administration experience PowerShell scripting skills Understanding of authentication, MFA, and secure remote access technologies Experience troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure environments Strong English communication skills Other Skills (preferred) Citrix Cloud Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Management platforms Azure Load balancing technologies Performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools Experience working in large enterprise environments What's on Offer Work within a highly complex global Citrix environment Exposure to cloud and digital workplace transformation projects Opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in enterprise remote access technologies Long-term project with a globally recognized organization
