The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions and be comfortable supporting enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, deployment and day-to-day infrastructure requirements. Key Responsibilities Configure, deploy and manage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including switches, access points and security appliances. Monitor network performance, availability and connectivity across enterprise environments. Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, routing, switching and connectivity issues and provide timely resolution. Manage Meraki Dashboard configurations, policies, alerts and network health. Support network implementation, upgrades, migrations and configuration changes. Work with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve network and infrastructure issues. Maintain network documentation, configurations and operational reports. Follow enterprise security, access-control and network management standards. Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of hands-on experience in networking or network engineering. Practical experience with Cisco Meraki solutions and the Meraki Dashboard. Good understanding of switching, routing, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS. Experience with wireless networking, access points and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Basic understanding of network security, firewalls and VPNs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Preferred Cisco certifications such as CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge. Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-site network environments. Experience with network monitoring and ticketing tools. Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
