Contract Type: Temporary Casual (3-Month Contract: Early November 2026 - End of January 2027) Availability Required: Full availability across the peak holiday season, including weekends, peak trading periods, and flexibility to pick up extra shifts throughout the week What You’ll Be Doing As a Christmas Casual / Optical Assistant , you’ll be at the heart of the store experience during our busiest time of the year. You will: - Deliver Standout Experiences: Guide customers through their eyecare journey, offering expert styling advice, frame recommendations, and tailored vision solutions. - Support Eyecare Needs: Assist customers with their optical requirements and ensure every visit is warm, engaging, and unforgettable. - Drive Store Results: Bring high positivity and energy to a fast-paced retail environment, keeping the floor dynamic and operational standards high. - Collaborate & Adapt: Build great relationships with fellow Optical Assistants, Store Leaders, and Optometrists to keep peak trading running smoothly.
