Position: Chiller & HVAC Service Manager Industry: Electronics Location: Pasig City Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Php 80,000/month and above Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day service operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller and HVAC systems Plan, schedule, and supervise technicians and service teams to ensure timely and quality job completion Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for clients Manage client relationships, address service concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with sales and technical teams on service contracts and proposals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any course 3-5 years of relevant experience in a service management or supervisory role Solid knowledge of chiller and HVAC systems (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting) Valid driver's license required Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Benefits: Rice allowance Transpo allowance Communication allowance Plus more Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
