We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Children's Activity & Family Experience Manager to lead our children's and family proposition. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for team leadership, member experience, children's programming, safeguarding and commercial performance. The Role You will oversee the day-to-day operation and development of our children's and family offering, leading a team through two Supervisors – Kids and Activities. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and premium experience for children and families while driving participation, revenue and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Kids and Activities teams and two Supervisors. Deliver an exceptional children's and family member experience. Develop and manage children's activities, specialised classes and programmes. Create and manage weekly, seasonal and holiday activity timetables. Develop and deliver children's parties, family events and special experiences. Manage and develop the children's swimming programme. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, child protection, health and safety. Own the department's P&L, budget and revenue performance. Drive revenue through activities, classes, swimming, parties, events and holiday programmes. Monitor participation, utilisation, revenue and customer feedback. Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing team. Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational excellence. Work closely with Sales, Membership, Marketing and Member Experience to support family membership acquisition and retention. Identify new opportunities to enhance the children's and family proposition. About You We are looking for someone with: Proven experience managing a Kids Club, Children's Activity, Family Experience or Leisure operation. Strong leadership and team management experience. Experience developing children's activities, programmes and events. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Experience managing budgets, revenue or a departmental P&L. Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive revenue. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A passion for creating exceptional experiences for children and families. Swimming programme experience would be highly desirable.
