Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

As Chief Technology Officer, you’ll set technology direction and lead teams that build secure, reliable, and scalable systems. You’ll connect strategic planning with delivery across software development, cloud infrastructure, IT operations, and digital transformation. You’ll partner with executives to prioritize investments, manage budgets and risk, and align technology with business needs. Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for application development, distributed systems, cloud computing, and AI integration.
• Lead technology teams and managers across software development, IT infrastructure, networking, DevOps, product management, and project and program management.
• Oversee information security, data management, security compliance programs, and IT governance; align controls with applicable NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, and FISMA requirements.
• Direct business continuity and disaster recovery planning, risk management, and scalable cloud environments, including AWS or Azure.
• Communicate plans and tradeoffs to executives; manage budgets, vendors, and delivery using Agile practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership, strategic management, and team management experience, including supervision of technical project or program managers.
• Strong background in IT management, cybersecurity, system design, information security compliance, computer networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with business intelligence, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, APIs, and AI or machine learning integration.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies such as React, Express, Angular, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, C#,.NET, Python, SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Linux, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Clear verbal communication with executives, sound analysis and negotiation skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ITIL, firewalls, and wide area networks (WANs).

Pay: $105,000.00 - $127,000.00 per year
