Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and articulate Chief of Staff to act as the primary liaison between our Board of Directors/Executive Leadership and our Investors . In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and force-multiplier for the leadership team. You will translate complex operational data into high-level strategic insights, manage investor relations, and ensure seamless communication between external stakeholders and internal executives.

Key Responsibilities1. Investor Relations & Board Governance

• Liaison: Act as the central point of contact and bridge between investors, shareholders, and the Board of Directors.
• Reporting: Prepare high-impact board decks, investor presentations, quarterly updates, and financial/operational performance reports.
• Meeting Management: Organize, attend, and facilitate Board and investor meetings; track action items and ensure follow-through from executive leaders.

1. Strategic Data Analysis & Insights

• Diagnostic Reporting: Analyze sales, financial, and market data to diagnose business health and identify growth opportunities or bottlenecks.
• Metrics Tracking: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) required by investors and executive leadership.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor movements, and market shifts to support board-level decisions.

1. Executive Operations & Communications

• Strategic Communication: Draft executive communications, briefing papers, and speeches for the Directors.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure that internal department heads (Sales, Finance, Operations) are aligned with the strategic goals promised to investors.
• Special Projects: Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives tasked directly by the Board or CEO.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field (MBA is a plus).
• Data Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data modeling, dashboard creation (Tableau/PowerBI), and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex business metrics for high-level investors.
• Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential corporate and financial information with absolute integrity.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
