Chief Sales Officer - Global Channels | UAE

About the Company

A leading beauty retail group headquartered in Saudi Arabia, with an established presence across the GCC.

Key Accountabilities

- Define and execute the 3 to 5 year strategy for Travel Retail, Export and B2B, aligned with the Group’s international expansion plans. - Own the P&L, revenue targets, margins and budgets for all three channels. - Build, structure and lead a high-performing team across departments, and set up the operating model, processes and governance. - Represent the Group with global beauty and fragrance brands, strengthening exclusive and strategic partnerships. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Legal and E-commerce to ensure operational excellence across channels. - Grow wholesale and B2B accounts, including retailers, corporate clients, hospitality and private-label or partnership opportunities. - Build a structured key account management framework and a scalable B2B commercial model. - Lead market-entry planning, including regulatory, logistics, pricing and go-to-market. - Manage distributor and partner performance through clear KPIs and joint business plans Develop relationships with duty-free operators, airport authorities and travel retail concessionaires across the region and internationally.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

- 15+ years of experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury or premium retail, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above). - Proven experience in at least one, and preferably two , of: Travel Retail, Export/International Distribution, B2B/Wholesale. - Track record of P&L ownership and delivering revenue growth in a regional or international context. - Strong experience negotiating with global brands, distributors, duty-free operators or large retail partners. - Experience building or restructuring teams and commercial functions. - Native-level Arabic and fluent business English. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field. - Based in the UAE, or willing to relocate to Dubai.
