Chief Operations Manager

Job Overview

The Chief Operations Manager leads business operations and turns strategic plans into coordinated, measurable execution. You’ll guide executive-level teams, strengthen operational excellence, and align budgets, programs, and processes with organizational priorities. This role calls for confident leadership, clear communication with executives, and sound judgment grounded in operational and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management, business management, and strategic planning across teams and functions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and profit and loss analysis; provide executive-level budget oversight.
• Drive process improvement, operational analysis, and operational excellence initiatives using data-driven decision making.
• Direct project and program management, business development management, and change management, including large-scale organizational change.
• Supervise and develop senior leaders and executive-level teams; communicate priorities, risks, and recommendations to executives. Your impact: Better-aligned operations and resources help teams deliver reliable services and support organizational goals.

Experience

• Demonstrated leadership, management, and supervising experience in business operations, operations management, or a related area.
• Experience with strategic management, business development, project management, and organizational change management.
• Background in budget management, budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and profit and loss analysis.
• Strong verbal communication with executives and experience managing senior or executive-level teams.
• Preferred: Experience leading operational excellence initiatives and data-driven process improvement.

Pay: $97,700.00 - $127,000.00 per year
