Duties - Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments. - Lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives to support growth and transformation efforts. - Oversee business development activities to identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams. - Manage budgets meticulously, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight. - Drive process improvement projects by analyzing operational workflows and implementing best practices to optimize performance. - Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic plans that align with long-term organizational goals. - Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on operational management, project execution, and team development. - Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making and measure the success of operational initiatives. - Lead large-scale organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring or strategic shifts. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance throughout the organization. Qualifications - Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives, business management, and large-scale organizational change management. - Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and project management. - Demonstrated expertise in budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, and profit/loss oversight at an executive level. - Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and diverse teams. - Extensive experience in operations management, process improvement, and program management within complex organizations. - Leadership experience supervising senior teams and managing cross-functional projects with a focus on operational analysis. - Skilled in data-driven decision making with a solid understanding of operational metrics and analytics tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives. - Strong change management skills to lead large-scale organizational transformations successfully.
