In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, drive process improvements, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service across a diverse portfolio. Your leadership will shape strategic planning initiatives, optimize business processes, and foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our organizational goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of our property management services while maintaining a sharp focus on financial performance and operational efficiency. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that enhance property management efficiency, profitability, and client and resident satisfaction. Lead large-scale organizational change management initiatives to improve operational workflows and implement operational excellence programs. Oversee business development efforts to expand the property portfolio through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market analysis. Manage financial reporting, budgets, profit and loss analysis, and audit processes reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols across all properties. Communicate effectively with executive leadership on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and risk management. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel as well as using AI models. Must be resourceful in problem solving and gathering necessary information. Management of on site teams as well as corporate office personnel exceeding 100 headcount Qualifications Proven experience in executive leadership roles within property management or related real estate sectors with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in operations, personnel, and financial management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suited for engaging with executives, clients, and team members at all levels. Ability to lead cross-functional teams through strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing operational metrics for decision-making purposes. CPA with minimum four years public accounting experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
