Work Location: Marol, Andheri(East) Job Role: - Drive overall business revenue and operational performance in coordination with the Sales division, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitable growth, customer development and seamless alignment between Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. - Oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing plants, including production, planning, quality, maintenance, procurement, stores and logistics. - Drive productivity, capacity utilization, cost efficiency, yield and on-time delivery. - Ensure consistent quality and compliance with international customer requirements. - Identify and implement new technologies, processes and manufacturing capabilities. - Work closely with NPD and technical teams on new products, finishes and value-added processes such as digital printing, bonding, lamination, embossing and performance finishes. - Drive continuous improvement, automation and operational cost reduction. - Review plant performance through KPIs and ensure timely corrective actions. - Lead and develop Plant Heads and senior functional teams. - Support CAPEX planning, new projects and expansion initiatives. - Ensure strong focus on EHS, sustainability and statutory/customer compliance. Education, Experience and skillsets : - B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering preferred. - MBA / PG qualification in Operations, Business Management or related field would be an advantage. - 18–25+ years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably home textiles/home furnishings. - Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing plants and senior operations teams. - Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing, production planning, quality, supply chain and costing. - Exposure to export business and international customer requirements preferred. - Experience in implementing new technologies/processes will be an advantage. - Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and exec Interested candidate to share resume at the earliest.
