We’re hiring a industry-specific COO to run day-to-day operations and build the systems that let us keep scaling. Must be willing to travel to over see multiple locations. What you’ll own - Operations across all three markets: project delivery, margins, schedule, and quality - Running the company on EOS: scorecards, rocks, L10s, accountability chart - Hiring, developing, and holding accountable PMs, supers, and ops staff - The tech stack and reporting, so every job is visible in real time - Taking day-to-day operations off our principal’s plate What you bring - Senior operations leadership in interior construction (commercial interiors, fit-out, or design-build) - Experience at a multi-state business in the $2M–$15M revenue range - Hands-on EOS implementation experience - Tech-forward: fluent in construction PM software, CRM, and AI tools - Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida Compensation Six-figure base plus a performance incentive plan tied to company growth, with significant upside. Hiring process - Interviews with the leadership team. References also ideally ability to check. - Paid gameplan. You build a 90-day plan to transition our principal out of daily operations, with full access to interview anyone on the team. - 90-day implementation.
