About The Role

We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our retail operations. The COO will drive store performance, operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, and customer experience while supporting the company's growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end retail operations across stores, logistics, supply chain, and operations support functions.

Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and operational performance.

Execute growth initiatives, business transformation, and process improvements.

Establish KPIs and ensure accountability across the organization.

Partner with commercial and corporate teams to deliver business objectives.

Build and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.

Champion a customer-centric, results-driven culture.

About You

15+ years of retail leadership experience, including senior executive roles.

MBA.

Proven success leading multi-site retail operations and driving profitable growth.

Strong expertise in store operations, supply chain, and business transformation.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style.

Strong people leadership, financial acumen, and change management capabilities.
