The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational performance, resource planning, business development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives. - Oversee daily business operations, processes, and resource allocation. - Establish performance targets, KPIs, and operational reporting procedures. - Manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency. - Lead and support department heads and cross-functional teams. - Identify opportunities to improve productivity and business processes. - Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution. - Monitor business performance and recommend improvement initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Support business expansion, change management, and organizational development. - Ensure operational activities follow company policies and applicable regulations. - Prepare operational reports and performance updates for executive leadership. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field. - Significant experience in operations management, business leadership, or a comparable senior management role. - Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. - Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and business processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in relevant business systems and reporting tools. - Experience in business transformation, process improvement, or organizational growth is an advantage.
