We are a growing design-focused business serving builders, designers and homeowners through premium tile, flooring and hardscape products.

We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, develops strong leaders and knows how to turn a vision into results.

What You'll Own

• People: Lead, manage and hold our team accountable while developing department leaders.
• Financial Performance: Own execution against our P&L, budget and strategic business plan.
• EOS: Drive accountability through Scorecards, Rocks, Level 10 Meetings and quarterly priorities.
• Financial Controls: Oversee bill approvals, purchasing accountability and responsible spending.
• Quality: Improve operational consistency, reduce errors and protect the client experience.

You are someone who:

• Has successfully led managers and teams.
• Understands financial statements and how to improve profitability.
• Is comfortable having difficult conversations and holding people accountable.
• Loves building systems and solving problems.
• Can think strategically while ensuring details get executed.
• Values humility, integrity, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Takes ownership of results rather than making excuses.

Experience with EOS, construction, building materials, distribution or flooring is a plus.
