This role is responsible for translating business priorities into effective operating plans while ensuring teams, resources, and workflows are aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations and ensure effective execution of company priorities. - Develop operational strategies, performance metrics, and processes to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with executive leadership to support business planning and organizational growth. - Manage cross-functional coordination across operations, finance, sales, and other departments. - Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions. - Support budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning. - Build strong management teams and promote accountability across the organization. - Identify operational risks and establish appropriate procedures and controls. - Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications - 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, general management, or business leadership. - Demonstrated experience overseeing business operations and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of operational planning, performance management, budgeting, and process improvement. - Proven ability to turn strategic objectives into practical operating plans. - Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
