Chief Operating Officer

Overview

As Chief Operating Officer, you’ll turn strategic priorities into coordinated action across the organization. Lead business operations, strengthen operational excellence, and partner with executive leadership to improve performance and support sustainable growth. This role calls for clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to guide teams through complex change

Duties

• Lead operations management and business management across functions, aligning programs and projects with strategic plans.
• Drive process improvement and operational analysis; use data-driven decision making to identify issues and guide practical solutions
• Oversee financial management, budget management, executive-level budget management, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Manage business development efforts and coordinate cross functional initiatives, balancing priorities, resources, and outcomes
• Lead change management and large-scale organizational change management. Your impact: Clear plans and accountable execution help teams adapt effectively and keep services reliable for customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Demonstrated senior leadership, executive leadership, and executive-level team management, including supervising experience.
• Experience in operations management, operational management, business operations, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strength in strategic management, strategic planning, program management, project management, and business development management
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis
• Strong leadership, management, and verbal communication with executives; able to guide teams through process improvement and organizational change

Pay: $230,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
