Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our organization’s operational functions. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long-term goals.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments.
• Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market reach, and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage business operations including process improvement, project management, and large-scale organizational change management.
• Direct financial management activities such as budget management, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to ensure fiscal health.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic plans that drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Supervise senior leadership teams across various functions, fostering a high-performance environment with clear accountability.
• Implement data-driven decision-making practices to optimize operational performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee management of operational projects from inception through execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead change management efforts during organizational restructuring or process improvements to minimize disruption and maximize engagement.

Skills

• Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong background in business development management and strategic planning.
• Expertise in change management, large-scale organizational change management, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Skilled in data-driven decision making with a focus on operational analysis for continuous improvement.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams at an executive level with supervising responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of business operations, business management practices, and operational management strategies.
• Ability to lead complex programs involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on organizational goals.
• Strong skills in strategic management, program management, leadership development, and large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Pay: $103,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
