Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is an advantage. - 10+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles such as General Manager, Business Unit Head, or Commercial Head in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG. - Strong sales and marketing background with proven experience in revenue growth, market expansion, and product launches. - Proven experience managing P&L, business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
