Chief Operating Officer

HARMONY COSMETIC CENTER | MIAMI, FL

We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, accelerate business growth, and drive the strategic expansion of Harmony Cosmetic Center.

We are looking for an established executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses in the plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, or beauty industry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a COO or equivalent senior executive at an established company is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in the plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, beauty, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets , including consumer behavior, marketing, and patient acquisition.
• Proven success in business expansion, revenue growth, and operational scaling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, develop high-performing departments, and implement effective operational strategies.
• Strong background in sales performance, business development, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and vision to take an established business to the next level.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
