The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across textile manufacturing and processing operations, while ensuring scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead overall plant and manufacturing operations including production, processing, quality, maintenance, and utilities Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and capacity utilization. Ensure consistent quality standards, process control, and compliance with customer and statutory requirements. Coordinate closely with sales, planning, and supply chain to align production with demand forecasts. Oversee inventory management, wastage control, and working capital efficiency. Lead implementation of SOPs, automation, MIS, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / TPM / Six Sigma). Build, mentor, and manage plant leadership and operations teams. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory compliance norms. Skills & Qualifications Required 18–30 years of experience in textile manufacturing. Strong exposure to fabric manufacturing, dyeing, finishing, or integrated textile operations. Proven track record of managing large-scale plants and multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of cost structures, productivity benchmarks, and operational KPIs. Engineering / Textile degree preferred; MBA / Operations qualification is a plus.
