Chief Operating Officer

Our client is a great community bank and they're looking for a COO to be responsible for managing the bank's daily operations, translating the CEO's strategy into actionable plans, and ensuring efficiency across all departments. Key duties include overseeing functions like retail banking, lending, IT, HR, and finance; managing budgets and controlling expenses; implementing new products and technologies; and ensuring compliance with regulations and high customer service standards.
