Deecke Holding is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional who understands the UAE market , enjoys working in a dynamic business environment and can bring together strong operational leadership with a solid understanding of Real Estate and Wealth Management .

The Opportunity

As COO, you will work closely with the Chairman and senior management to ensure the Group's businesses operate efficiently, professionally and with a clear focus on growth.

You will play a key role in:

• Leading and strengthening the Group's day-to-day operations
• Turning strategic plans into effective execution
• Overseeing business performance, budgets and operational efficiency
• Taking responsibility for P&L performance, financial results and overall commercial performance of the Group's businesses
• Supporting and developing senior teams
• Driving strong processes, governance and internal controls
• Overseeing operational aspects of real estate and wealth management activities
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives
• Building strong relationships with key clients, partners and professional networks

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a senior leader who brings:

• 15+ years of professional experience in the UAE
• Strong leadership and operational management experience
• Proven experience in both Real Estate and Wealth Management
• Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, financial planning and driving commercial performance
• Excellent understanding of the UAE business environment
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Experience working closely with owners, Chairman, CEO or Board-level management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to turn ideas into results
• High integrity, discretion and professional judgement

A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field is preferred. An MBA or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
