Job Summary

The Director of Operations leads business operations and operations management, turning strategic plans into coordinated, measurable execution. You’ll guide executive-level teams, strengthen operational excellence, and align resources with organizational priorities. This role combines strategic management, financial management, and business development management with hands-on leadership of complex programs and change.

Duties

• Set strategic plans and oversee business management, program management, and project management across operations.
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives; use operational analysis and data-driven decision making to identify issues and improve performance.
• Direct budget management, executive-level budget management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis to support sound financial decisions.
• Manage senior leadership and executive-level teams; communicate priorities and recommendations clearly through verbal communication with executives.
• Lead business development, change management, and large-scale organizational change management, coordinating teams to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, management, supervising experience, and operational management in business operations or operations management.
• Experience with strategic planning, strategic management, business development, and leading organizational change.
• Skills in financial management, budget management, executive-level budget management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Ability to lead executive-level teams, manage projects and programs, and communicate effectively with executives.
• Uses data to guide decisions, assess operations, and advance process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Pay: $68,300.00 - $82,400.00 per year
