# Chief Operating Officer - Amsterdam H/F **Crédit Agricole** · Amsterdam · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Description du poste Main responsibilities: 1) Finance Monthly Transfer Pricing & AUM reconciliation: files received from different Manco (Lux-Ireland-France: KBI/CPR/ AM PARIS/AM LUX/ AM IRLAND etf) Budget Monitoring/oversight : revenues & expenses / follow-up Normalized & contributive Preparation of Yearly Budget (Sept to Dec) with local CEO Legal P&L and TAX: monthly accounting report, quarterly payment Tax + (incl local provider), Monitoring/preparation/reporting of communication budget with Paris, Relationship with Banks / liquidity - term deposit 2) Legal Reporting to local regulation entities, compliance & Group Cartography (May) Review of all local contracts: real estate, leasing cars, liability insurance students, PR agency, interim, cleaning,..all sub-contractors Upload/update of Legal document whenever needed 3) Compliance Random Controls of marketing document submitted in compliance tools – Compliance committee with Paris & Lux Gifts & benefits policy KYC – Arbitration committee Contact point internal & external Audit Development of automated tool tracking appropriateness of legal doc on website 4) Administrative HR Preparation & validation of Working contract Onboarding process Monthly payroll with payroll administrator Org & follow-up of benefits: Life & disability Insurances, meal vouchers, bonus optimization calculation, company car, pension plan contributions Monitoring of absence: holidays, sickness,…link with payroll Manage special payroll situation (recharge to France/ tax/ split,…) Contact point for MPtc 5) Office Management Safety / Cleanliness/ working environment Daily reception of invoices - validation process – payments IT correspondant (new equipment/upgrades implementation/new providers/…) Day to Day: reception / printing jobs / participation to the organisation of local events/ office supply Télétravail : occasionnel - Critères de candidature Date de prise de fonction 01/12/2026 Poste avec management Oui Niveau d'étude minimum Bac + 5 / M2 et plus Formation / Spécialisation University degree in Economics and/or Business Past experiences include a mix of operations, corporate functions and/or Finance Niveau d'expérience minimum 6 - 10 ans Compétences recherchées Skills : Hands-on mindset, Reliability, ability to work under pressure, pragmatism, and problem-solving abilities.Competences: Strong ability to oversee daily processes, Good prioritization and time management, Problem solving, Ability to adapt communication to different audiences, Able to switch between strategic and very operational tasks Langues Dutch, English and some French - Entreprise Amundi Premier gérant d'actifs européen parmi les 10 premiers acteurs mondiaux (1), Amundi propose à ses 100 millions de clients - particuliers, institutionnels et entreprises - une gamme complète de solutions d'épargne et d'investissement en gestion active et passive, en actifs traditionnels ou réels.
