The successful candidate will oversee nursing operations, maintain high standards of patient care, supervise nursing personnel, implement nursing policies, and ensure compliance with applicable hospital regulations and standards. The Chief Nurse will work closely with hospital management and other departments to promote patient safety, improve nursing services, and support the hospital's operational and quality objectives. Qualifications: - Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with a valid PRC license. - Must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing . - Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a nursing supervisory or managerial position , as applicable to the hospital's DOH licensing requirements. - Must have at least two (2) years of experience in general nursing service administration . - Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with at least nine (9) graduate-level units in management and administration courses , as applicable under Section 29 of Republic Act No. 9173. - Must be a member in good standing of the accredited professional organization of nurses. - Demonstrated leadership, staff management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of hospital nursing operations, patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with hospital management, physicians, nursing personnel, and other departments.
