Chief Marketing Officer

Ownsy is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing, brand and go-to-market strategy as we prepare to bring our next-generation asset tokenisation platform to market.

We are building a platform that aims to make investing in real-world assets more accessible through tokenisation, initially focusing on real estate before expanding into other asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute Ownsy’s overall marketing and go-to-market strategy.

•⁠ ⁠Lead brand positioning, messaging and corporate communications.

•⁠ ⁠Build and execute pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Drive investor acquisition, community growth and waitlist conversion.

•⁠ ⁠Develop strategic partnerships, PR opportunities and media exposure.

•⁠ ⁠Lead digital marketing, paid acquisition, SEO and social media strategy.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee content production, thought leadership and executive positioning.

•⁠ ⁠Establish marketing KPIs, budgets and performance reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and agency network.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within fintech, financial services, Web3 or technology.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of digital acquisition, growth marketing and brand development.

•⁠ ⁠Experience taking a product or platform from pre-launch to market.

•⁠ ⁠A commercially driven mindset with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, storytelling and leadership skills.

•⁠ ⁠An established network across fintech, investment, real estate or Web3 would be advantageous.

•⁠ ⁠Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
