This executive role offers the unique opportunity to build scalable, AI-driven digital infrastructure from the ground up, shaping the next era of growth for a highly visible product portfolio. Responsibilities: - Direct full-funnel digital growth strategies across DTC, consumer marketplaces, and social commerce channels to drive measurable revenue. - Lead and align multidisciplinary marketing, creative, product, and eCommerce teams under a unified, high-visibility strategic vision. - Build scalable marketing infrastructure by integrating advanced analytics, unified KPI dashboards, and modern AI-enabled workflows. - Collaborate with global sourcing and product development teams to integrate consumer insights into innovative new product launches. Qualifications: - 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience scaling consumer brands in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or CPG sectors. - Proven expertise in driving digital performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketplace growth strategies. - Strong analytical background with a track record of building data-driven measurement frameworks and ROI-based budget allocations. - Practical experience implementing AI technologies within marketing workflows, content creation, and personalization strategies.
