(https://www.columbiacu.org/careers/) What You'll Do - Develop and execute the Credit Union’s enterprise technology strategy and multi-year technology roadmap. - Lead and mentor high-performing teams across IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and software development. - Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve member experience, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability. - Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance programs - Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and growth strategies. - Manage IT budgets, technology vendors, and strategic partnerships. - Champion Agile development practices, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Provide technology leadership during critical incidents, system recovery efforts, and evolving regulatory requirements. - Check out the full Job Description Here!
