# Chief Human Resource Officer **Family Health Network of Central NY., Inc.** · Homer, NY 13077 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Duties: - Implement and manage change management initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment. - Utilize multiple HR systems to process employee data and maintain accurate records, including payroll. - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement. - Assist with contract management, including reviewing contracts, tracking expiration dates, and ensuring compliance applicable to Human Resources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement resource allocation strategies. - Provide support in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee compliance and performance management. - Support in companies 401K plan. - Oversee organizations health insurance and health insurance support to all employees, as needed. - Complete HR reporting requirements. - Manage all aspects of employee relations, including onboarding, stay interviews, performance improvement plan development and execution, separation of employment. - Ensure up to date compliance with labor laws to keep organization compliant. - Oversight and management of all Federal and State leave (FMLA, PFL, Disability). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 1-3 or more years experience in Human Resources or related field. - Strong data collection and analysis skills. - Experience with change management methodologies. - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols. - Skills in working in multimodal team approach. -Ability to appropriately diffuse high stress personnel situations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
