Chief Growth Officer

Overview

The Chief Growth Officer sets the organization’s growth direction and turns strategic priorities into coordinated action. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify business development opportunities, strengthen operations, and guide teams toward sustainable results. This role calls for sound judgment, clear communication with executives, and a practical, data-driven approach to decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives, aligning business management and operational management priorities across teams.
• Build cross-functional collaboration and oversee project management to move key initiatives from planning through execution.
• Guide executive-level team management, team leadership, and team development; support leaders in setting clear goals and improving performance.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and executive-level budget management; use data to assess progress and inform decisions.
• Lead business development, negotiation, process improvement, and operations management efforts. Your impact: Coordinated growth initiatives help teams focus resources on opportunities that strengthen the organization and serve its customers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership, management, and strategic management capabilities, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to communicate verbally with executives and build alignment across functions.
• Experience in business management, financial planning, budgeting, and operational decision making.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to develop teams, lead complex initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: $225,900.00 - $300,700.00 per year
