# Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO) **Euro Arcade Sdn Bhd** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Euro Sun Goods Wholesales LLC is an importer, exporter, and distributor of premium FMCG products including snacks, confectionery, beverages, and frozen foods, with operations across UAE, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. We are seeking a Chief Financial & Operating Officer to take top-of-house ownership of finance and operations across the group. The CFOO is the strategic financial and operational partner to the senior management, responsible for group P&L, capital and treasury strategy, governance and risk, transformation leadership, and the senior stewardship of the business as it scales. The CFOO will also be the external face of the company with auditors, banks, principals, regulators, and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strategic, experienced finance and operations leader who has held top-of-house responsibility before. They will be comfortable in a complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment; credible with external stakeholders at the highest level; and able to lead the function through senior direct reports while staying close enough to the business to shape its direction and discipline. This is a role for someone who can scale the group through its next chapter and keep every option open as the business evolves. Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Capital ● Own group financial strategy: budgets, forecasts, scenario planning, capital allocation, and long-range planning. ● Lead treasury strategy: banking relationships, FX, trade finance, working capital, and funding structure. ● Partner with the senior management on commercial strategy, pricing, investment decisions, and strategic options as the business evolves. ● Lead or support any strategic transactions, partnerships, financing arrangements, or group-level initiatives as they arise. Operations Leadership ● Own the operational backbone of the group: supply chain, logistics, systems, procurement, trade compliance, and commercial operations. ● Lead transformation across the business, including systems maturity (ERP rollout), process discipline, and operating model evolution. ● Drive execution excellence across all entities with clear accountability, discipline, and group-wide standards. Governance, Risk & Compliance ● Own group governance, risk framework, and controls environment across all jurisdictions. ● Own the external audit relationship across the group; ensure clean, timely audit outcomes. ● Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all entities and jurisdictions. ● Maintain and evolve the group risk register and risk management practices; report risk status to the senior management on cadence. CEO & Stakeholder Management ● Prepare and deliver regular reporting to the senior management; serve as the primary finance and operations voice in CEO-level discussions. ● Serve as the external face of the business with auditors, banks, principals, regulators, and other key stakeholders. ● Manage principal and partner relationships at a senior level, including commercial, financial, and governance dimensions. Leadership & Team ● Lead the finance and operations function across the group through senior direct reports; develop talent and create succession at every level. ● Partner with the senior management and the wider senior team to shape group culture, decision-making, and leadership standards. ● Attract, develop, and retain top talent across the finance and operations function. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. ● Professional finance qualification required: ACCA, CPA Australia, CA, CIMA, MICPA, or CFA. ● Typically 15 to 20 years of senior finance and operations leadership experience, with prior CFO or CFOO (or equivalent top-of-house) experience required. ● FMCG, trading, or distribution industry experience strongly preferred; other industries considered where the leadership track record and complexity profile align. ● Multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional experience essential; comfortable managing across different legal, tax, cultural, and regulatory environments. ● Deep strategic finance expertise: capital allocation, treasury, FP&A, financial strategy, and complex commercial finance. ● Operations leadership credibility: supply chain, systems, processes, and operating model design and execution. ● Proven experience leading ERP implementation or group-wide systems transformation. ● Strategic thinker: reads the group as a system and connects decisions to long-term direction. ● Hands-on when needed: comfortable rolling up sleeves in an SME-scale environment, not just a strategist from distance. ● Builds and develops teams: attracts top talent, develops people, creates succession at every level. ● Drives operational and financial discipline: sets the bar for process, controls, and execution. ● Commercially astute: reads the business like a commercial operator rather than just a function head. ● Takes ownership and follows through: closes out complex, long-running matters and drives projects to completion. ● Change leader: comfortable leading transformation, systems migration, and growth-stage scaling. ● Credible with external stakeholders: auditors, banks, principals, investors, and regulators. ● Governance and risk mindset: thinks about controls, risk framework, and senior-level governance naturally. ● Excellent written and spoken English.
