Chief Financial Officer

Overview

The Chief Financial Officer leads financial stewardship for a real estate, property management, REIT, or real estate investment organization. This executive role brings accounting and finance experience, leadership, and knowledge of GAAP to financial reporting, compliance, and accounting systems, supporting sound decisions and reliable financial operations.

Duties

• Lead finance and accounting functions and executive-level financial planning.
• Oversee financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and GAAP.
• Maintain financial compliance and support accurate, consistent reporting.
• Guide the effective use and oversight of accounting systems.
• Apply financial insight to real estate, property management, REIT, and investment activities.

Requirements

• Accounting and finance experience relevant to executive leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Experience overseeing financial reporting and compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and financial processes.
• Understanding of real estate, property management, REITs, or real estate investments.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and guide organizational decisions.

Pay: $76,900.00 - $150,000.00 per year
