The ideal candidate will possess extensive accounting and finance expertise, proven executive leadership skills, and a strong background in corporate strategy. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide insightful financial reporting to support informed decision-making. This role requires a forward-thinking leader capable of managing complex financial systems and guiding the company through evolving market conditions. Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards. - Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. - Supervise financial reporting processes, including preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance requirements across all operations. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and financial software to optimize efficiency and data integrity. - Collaborate with executive leadership to shape corporate strategy, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate financial risks. - Maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, and other external partners to ensure transparency and compliance. - Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to keep the organization ahead in financial management. Experience - A minimum of 15 years of management experience in accounting and finance roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities. - Extensive experience in executive leadership positions within complex organizations or corporations. - Proven expertise in accounting systems implementation and management of financial software solutions. - Deep understanding of GAAP, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements. - Demonstrated success in managing finance teams effectively while fostering professional development. - Strong background in corporate strategy development and execution. - Experience ensuring financial compliance across multiple jurisdictions is preferred. This position offers an opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to influence the strategic direction of our organization while leading a dedicated team toward sustained success.
