Our CFO is a boots on the ground, working manager, working with spreadsheets, pulling data for analysis, and responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company operations; coordinating efforts in administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting of the company. Works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Business Executive in the processing of revenue, expenditure, department budgets, ledger and account maintenance. Prepares financial statements and reports, and implements finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures. Previous experience in privately owned healthcare as Controller, senior-level Finance or Accounting position will be key to success. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. The main campus has: Six operating rooms Two procedure rooms Two Cath Labs Intermediate Care for preoperative and postoperative patients Three inpatient nursing units: Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Intensive Care Outpatient services including: X-Ray, CT, MRI, PET, PT, Lab, and Cardiac Rehab In addition to our main campus, KMC operates: Three Family Practice clinics located in Andover and Derby Cardiology Clinic located in East Wichita Multiple Cardiology Outreach Clinics throughout the state of Kansas
