In this executive role, you will provide financial leadership across planning, forecasting, accounting, reporting, risk management, and capital allocation. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to strengthen financial performance, support sustainable growth, and ensure that financial decisions are aligned with the organization’s long-term strategic objectives. Responsibilities - Financial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational growth, profitability, financial stability, and long-term business objectives. - Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis to provide management with actionable financial insights. - Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial statement preparation while maintaining accurate and timely financial information. - Capital & Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, capital allocation, financing activities, and financial resources to support the organization’s operating and strategic priorities. - Risk Management & Compliance: Establish and maintain effective financial controls, risk management practices, and compliance processes to protect organizational assets and support regulatory and reporting requirements. - Executive Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, operational performance, and major financial decisions. - Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and accounting organization while establishing strong financial processes, performance standards, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requirements & Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, investment management, or a closely related field, including significant senior-level leadership experience. - Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading finance and accounting teams, managing complex financial operations, and providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required. An MBA, Master’s degree in Finance, or CPA certification is highly preferred. - Financial Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, capital allocation, internal controls, and financial risk management. - Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and business judgment, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and translate financial analysis into actionable strategic recommendations. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial matters clearly and effectively to the CEO, executive leadership, board members, employees, and other key stakeholders.
