The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. Duties - Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support organizational growth and stability, including revenue management and business development initiatives. - Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations. - Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, risk analysis, and supply chain finance to optimize liquidity and financial stability. - Lead financial reporting efforts by preparing detailed financial statements, interpreting complex data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting standards such as ASC 606 and COSO frameworks. - Supervise internal controls related to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance, risk management, and audit processes to safeguard organizational assets. - Drive strategic initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions, fundraising for business development, and market analysis to expand organizational reach. - Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, cost management, and profit & loss analysis to maximize profitability. - Lead a high-performing finance team by providing mentorship, fostering professional development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in financial concepts and analysis skills. Experience - Proven senior leadership experience in finance or executive management roles within complex organizations or industries requiring deep industry knowledge of financial regulations. - Extensive background in accounting systems implementation, financial software utilization, and technical accounting practices including cost accounting and tax accounting. - Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial forecasting analysis, and developing financial projection models that inform decision-making. - Strong expertise in risk analysis, regulatory compliance (including ASC 606, IFRS), corporate finance strategies, and financial statement interpretation. - Experience managing finance teams with supervisory responsibilities in areas such as payroll management, expense oversight, and supply chain finance. - Familiarity with fundraising activities for business growth and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Knowledge of industry-specific standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IAS ensures accurate financial reporting aligned with global best practices.
