This includes financial strategy, planning, reporting, tax, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. The CFO also provides strategic oversight of IT, Procurement & Administration, and HR as they relate to cost and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals across different business models in the group - Partner with business unit leaders on strategic plans and track their implementation - Oversee preparation and approval of financial statements and reports to the Board, management, and Hakuhodo HQ - Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, regulatory requirements, and HQ Delegation of Authority - Manage external audits and relationships with auditors and tax authorities - Maintain strong internal controls over assets, financial data, and tax documentation - Lead annual budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI monitoring - Identify cost savings and ensure accurate cost allocation across entities and shared services - Manage working capital, liquidity, banking relationships, and debt or equity financing - Evaluate the financial side of mergers, acquisitions, and investments - Oversee IT spending, cybersecurity risk, and finance automation - Lead process redesign and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity across the group - Lead, mentor, and build succession plans for the finance and accounting team Qualifications - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred - 12+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance - Required: Experience in an advertising agency or related industry (media, marketing communications, digital, PR, events, or other project-based service businesses) - Required: Shared services experience – managing or setting up finance or multi-function shared services for multiple entities - Strong knowledge of PFRS, BIR, and SEC requirements - Experience with group consolidation, intercompany transactions, and cost allocation - Experience reporting to a foreign headquarters; Japanese MNC experience is an advantage - Proven record in finance automation and process improvement - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Pay: From Php150,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Flextime - Health insurance - Life insurance - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
